    Subleasing in PH

    How I manage to put up my own airbnb prior pandemic. It is just 1 unit and fully booked ako every month di ko inexpect na ganon ka ok agad yung first try ko but then pandemic came so I had to stop due to the risk na magka covid ako while still meeting guest for check-in and check-out. Sana may matutunan kayo. Dahil sa pandemic nabalik lang pinuhunan ko kaya not bad na din at least alam ko na patakbuhin end to end. Learning experience din.

    I hope you'll see beyond the now

    It is important to feel good and be selfish for yourself diba nga sa body parts daw natin heart ang pinaka selfish according to science, why?! Because our heart takes all the good blood and the less quality blood is distributed among our other organs. Kaya take care of you first. I know we all want to be the best and most successful but not to the point of killing us just to be in that success. Pano magiging success kung wala ka na din sa tagumpay na yun diba. Be more kind and patient with yourself. If it will be healthy for you to unfollow and disconnect to some people to protect yourself from more harm. Do it!

    Concept about Saving o pag-iipon

    In order to start saving, you must intend to reverse the concept. Dapat yung expenses mo ang nag aadjust instead of your savings. This way, you'll surely save something. Also remember that as you try to do this, the very first goal is to build the habit of saving doesn't matter how much you'll actually save but what matters is you've build a good new habit. Perfert to start the year 2023 right😉

    I dont wanna trade this part

    The part of pain that I get to learn and discover more of my strength than failure. Getting passed a point of pain makes us realize that some things are bound to happen anyway whether we like it or not we are bound to grow and explore more of our capabilities kasi nga diba any plant who do not bear fruits will have nothing more.
