    Episode 292 How A Man Shows Love Sensers! Have you ever been so negative towards yourself or hard on yourself so much that you didn’t even know where it started? A constant struggle at accepting that you were lovable or even worth having someone be kind to you. At one point in time, I had this mentality and it made for a trying time in life leading to poor choices in a spiraling cycle. The lyrics to Boyz II Men hit song “End of The Road” said “we belong together/and you know that I’m right”, but what if we were wrong about such? What if we’re so incompatible no matter how much we love each other or you say that you love me that living together long term comes off as unbearable to one of us? Such a harsh way to put it, but very well has been the case for some of us. We love each other, but we don’t seem to have that factor of going the distance. How many marriages have had this happened? I’m not qualified to speak on marriage just yet so how many relationships can be described as such? I’ve been around a few men in my life with different age groups and they’ve all shown love in different ways. There’s the man that kept the lights on and made sure you didn’t hurt yourself doing stupid shit as a kid then there’s the man that actually hugs the people he cares for. These men and many alike have shown love without saying I love you out loud. I’m firmly an advocate for telling the people you value that you love them while you can, but it possible that some men have gone through enough pain that it almost becomes a fight just to get them to say I love you. However, they show they love you in ways that you may not recognize as them saying I love you. May God and His Universe remove any negative energy you may have stored from reading this. When you find yourself in a moment being triggered, what do you tend to do inside the body? I’ve noticed a few things I tend to do when I feel triggered but the main thing is system shut down. I can get radio silent when I’m in a state where I don’t believe I’m safe to function properly as a human being. Allow me to share more on this subject for topic #1.     Episode 289 How We Reveal Sensers! Have you ever thought so highly of someone that you really forgot about how valuable that you were all on your own? The mere moments of being in their presence just made you feel like you weren’t worthy of being around them? I find it amazing what the human mind can have you believe about yourself at times. What’s also interesting is knowing that mostly what it comes up with is nonsense combined with fear. I believe we are all worthy of love and have value to give to this world. As mentioned before, I am an advocate for going to therapy and one of the gems of therapy is that we can reveal to heal the wounds inside of us. Sometimes emotions are just roaming around inside of us because we haven’t diagnosed them. I believe that if we faced what we are feeling and allow what we are feeling to be seen then the power over our mind goes away. What do you think? Anyone in your life ever take your kindness for weakness? I firmly believe from experience that there’s a difference between being kind and being nice to people. Most opportunists love a nice person because they tend to not say no to what they’re asking of them. How many times has being nice to people came back to bite you in the ass?     Episode 288 How We Use Love Sensers! When we were growing up in our families, it was always interesting to me see how each family member panned out. What was their gift? Who connected more with who? What was our role with one another? For some of us it was a way of trying to be seen. Did we even feel seen by our family? Did we all try to take lead mic and say look at me in some way? Or did you have a family that made sure everyone felt loved the same? No favorites, all in all...let’s talk about it. I’ve been fortunate enough to make to 40 years in this life being man and it has been an interesting yet challenging journey. I’ve had many views change throughout my life, how I saw life at 20 is completely a 180 view at 40. Overtime, things stop mattering to me and I was able to value life a bit more that better suited my mental. I’d like to tell you a little about that journey in this topic. I believe love can mean many things for us, but how we use it can shape-shift as time progresses. We find ourselves being so caught up in trying to be loved at some point that we don’t even realize that we are love. We can give it away in abundance daily, yet live in fear that we won’t ever find it from someone else. What did you use love for? What powers did you find in your life for it?
