i loooove this podcast, cat!! 🫶🏽 you always speak on topics and give the most amazing advice that i need to hear. when i need help returning to myself when anxiety comes about, i always know that listening to an episode will help me to calm down, look at the bigger picture of things and realize that what i’m going through at the moment is so much smaller than what God has in store for me. you are TRULY amazing!! ❤️ i’m forever a listener!!

First I want to say Heyyyy Cat!!! This is my first time ever going out my way to write a review, so this just shows how much I love this podcast! Cat is soo real, loving, caring, kind, and funny. One thing I will do is recommend her podcast to everyone that I can come in contact with. If that’s on my Lemon8, Instagram, Snapchat, or TikTok platform. I believe everyone can find an episode if not many that they can relate to in here. Or is able to share some episodes to those who may need it❤️‍🩹 I found Cat’s TikTok I think 2 years ago during a deep depressive episode I was having. Her TikTok’s showed me how I could incorporate some of the things she was saying to get up and try to ground my mind/body. This is how I found out she had a podcast. Now I never had listened to a podcast, so I had to redownload the app lol. WHEN I SAY I CRIED(like ugly cried) after listening to the first 3 episodes. It was like someone understood and saw me. I loved how she brings up God in every topic. She also helped me get closer to God and remembering to trust him in every season. I wish I was her friend because girl you are literally the kind of person I am to my friends, but I don't have many friends that are like me. I was on a lookout for a Gospel playlist because I have been needing more songs to listen to. I reached out to Cat just to see if maybe she’d see my DM and would share a few songs with her supporters on her platform. Why did she actually send me a playlist!!🥹❤️I cried that day because I was just telling my bestie how I needed a sign to keep going through this pain and I found it in the songs she sent. If anyone made it this far in the review, PLEASEEE download this and give it a try. I personally started from the beginning and worked my way down. But you can search through and find the one that best suits your situation. My favorite one is “Value Discipline Over Motivation.” Dated 01/24/2021. Yall should give that one a try!!🤗🤭
