As a fitness lover, I craved working out like I did before having all those babies, but found that my body just wasn’t cut out for high-intensity workouts. And without having healed fully from pregnancy, I was an injury waiting to happen. I have had 3 babies, and it can be REALLY hard to get my workouts in daily (even as a fitness trainer!) and recover postpartum. I love the feeling of getting my workout in every day, but it’s hard to actually DO IT sometimes with all my littles running around. I love how practical Jena’s podcast is, it not only motivates me but also gives me super practical and simple tips to get my workouts in!

I throughly enjoy listening to Jena. Having been on a fitness journey for 4 years now, I appreciate the content because it serves as a reminder to keep the basics but don't be afraid to shakes things up. The old me would have found this podcast practical and easy to follow because there are things I could have adjusted that were already existing in my routine. Regardless if you're seasoned or new the episodes are worth a listening to, there are lots of useful tips and information in each one.
