    This episode is about hurry. We all do it. It's probably not the best thing for us. So let's talk about that! Maybe if we all just slowed down and enjoyed what we're doing each and every moment, life would be better.     This week I continue talking about the withdrawals I'm having since switching back to a flip phone. Problem solving without Google is tougher than it looks, and I feel pretty "naked" without my smartphone to grant my every wish. But I'm actually learning how capable I am of living without technology integrated into every part of my life. FOMO is half true. I miss out on a lot of stuff. Now, I'm learning not to care as much.
