Kanako Sensei delivers a very interesting lesson in each episode that requires active listener participation. It takes listening practice to a higher level than in any other podcast I have listened to. I highly recommend.

After each practice, I get to know the grammar point very well and can use it. One suggestion: can you continue uploading episodes for N3/N2 level expressions? It seems the level of expressions do not go up
