She goes over the importance of breaking things down into smaller steps. She explains how  housing managers she employs are trained at the Recovery Café to become Recovery Coaches. She now has 20 houses including 2 women’s houses. She gives a peek into the future including her recently started a handyman service with the workforce that she has within her houses.
