How emotions manifest in the body as pain

This was excellent. I have had chronic pain myself for decades. I met Jim in October 2023 nerve lock treatments. I can learn physical exercises for my health, I understand the concept of stress causing pain. after listening to this podcast, I can honestly say that I get it what he’s been trying to tell me. I would definitely be interested in knowing what kind of path a person goes on to read the body of trauma stored pain. Somatic exercises, what kinds of therapy for the brain? I would also like to know what a person does if they don’t have a partner to have sex with? How do they have that connection that gives our body that dopamine that Jim talks about. 🙏🏻

This is one of my favorite podcasts. It is always full of information that is easy to implement in my daily life. There has not been an episode where I haven’t learned something new! Bonus points because Kitty is hilarious!
Fast like a girl episode

I was really looking forward to this episode and getting some useful points as I have a friend who keeps trying to convince me of IF. After listening, I don’t feel I could come with any refutable evidence. The last half of the episode got slightly better but not by much.
