Let's face it in most times our brain is our biggest enemy & it likes to makes us think we aren't doing the right thing. I don't know how many times I've seen a logo design as a raster image, when the vector image is the main tool we need to complete a piece of work. Today's topic is a more general one, I had a conversation with my teenager not too long ago about positive and negative thoughts, it clicked with me and I thought it might be something interesting for adults too. It's something we can all relate to, whether you've had issues with it or struggle with it today. Managing your thoughts is a challenge and it takes a lot of practice to get to a point where it doesn't interfere with your daily life.
