This podcast also includes a video with subtitles, and you can find the full transcript in the episode description. 00:00 Story (first time)02:51 Questions and Answers03:49 Vocabulary recap05:27 Story (second time) 文法： V-(ら)れる (passiv) S-Plain+N (noun-modifier) S+ので/から (because) V-る+ようになる (to reach the point that; to turn into ~) V-て+もらう (to get somebody to do something) V-ます+ように。 (I hope that ~) スクリプト： 七五三は、日本の伝統的な子どものお祝いです。毎年11月15日に行われます。この日は、7歳、5歳、3歳になった子どもが、これまで元気に成長したことを神さまに感謝し、これからの健康をお祈りする日です。女の子は3歳と7歳のときに、男の子は5歳のときにお祝いをします。昔の日本では、今よりも病気で亡くなる子どもが多かったので、無事に成長することはとても大切なことでした。今は、医療の発達のおかげで、多くの子どもが元気に育つようになりましたが、七五三のお祝いを今も大切に続けている家族が多くいます。七五三の日には、子どもは着物やスーツなど特別な服を着て、家族で神社に行きます。家族でお参りをして、神主さんにお祓いをしてもらいます。神社で記念写真を撮る家族もたくさんいます。それから、「千歳飴」というとても長くて細い飴も有名です。飴が長いのは、「長生きしますように」という願いが込められているからです。千歳飴は白やピンクで、袋には鶴や亀など、長生きのシンボルが描かれています。皆さんの国や町には、七五三のように、子供の成長をお祝いする行事がありますか。その日はどんなことをしますか。特別な食事や服装がありますか。ぜひ、コメント欄で教えてくださいね。

This podcast also includes a video with subtitles, and you can find the full transcript in the episode description. 00:00 Story (first time)03:54 Questions and Answers04:57 Vocabulary recap06:11 Story (second time) 文法： V-(ます)、… (conjunctive form) S-Plain+N (noun-modifier) S+Plain+か (indirect question) V-て+おく (to do ~ in advance) V-(ない)ず (without doing) V-ようにする (to try to; to make sure that ~) スクリプト： 東京にはたくさんの電車や地下鉄があります。JR、京急電鉄、つくばエクスプレス、ゆりかもめ、東京メトロなど、多くの会社の路線があり、とても便利ですが、初めての人には少し難しいかもしれません。今日は、東京で電車に乗るときの基本を紹介します。まず、切符を買う方法です。駅の自動券売機で行きたい駅までの料金を調べて、切符を買うことができますが、東京では交通系のICカードを使う人が多いです。たとえばSuicaやPASMOというカードがあります。カードは駅の券売機や窓口で買うことができ、お金をチャージして使います。また、SuicaもPASMOもモバイルアプリをダウンロードして使用することもできます。改札ではカードやスマホ、スマートウォッチなどの端末を機械にタッチするだけで、切符を買わなくても電車に乗ることができますから、とても便利です。カードの残高が少なくなったら、駅の券売機やコンビニで簡単にチャージできますし、アプリ内でのチャージも簡単です。電車や地下鉄に乗るときは、駅の名前と路線の名前をしっかり確認することが大切です。東京には似た名前の駅もあるので、間違えないように注意しましょう。乗り換えが複雑なことも多いので、スマホのアプリを使うのがおすすめです。Googleマップや乗換案内のアプリを使うと、出発駅から目的地までのルートや乗り換え時間を教えてくれます。電車のホーム番号や、駅のどの出口から出るとよいかも表示されるので、とても便利です。電車に乗るときのマナーも知っておきましょう。電車のホームでは白い線の内側に並んで待ち、降りる人が出てから乗ります。車内では大きな声で話さず、電話もしないようにしましょう。ゴミ箱のない電車では、ごみは駅のゴミ箱に捨てるようにしましょう。時間通りに動く東京の電車や地下鉄は、慣れるととても便利で、快適です。ICカードやアプリをうまく使って、東京旅行を楽しんでくださいね！

This podcast also includes a video with subtitles, and you can find the full transcript in the episode description. 00:00 Story (first time)04:30 Questions and Answers05:20 Vocabulary recap07:14 Story (second time) 文法： V-(れ)ば (when; if) S-Plain+んです (stating further information or a reason why) スクリプト： カイさんは、今日友達の友樹さんにお好み焼きの作り方を教えてもらいます。 カイ：お好み焼きを自分で作ったことはないので、楽しみです！ 友樹：今日はお肉を使わない簡単なお好み焼きにしましょう。まず、生地を作ります。ボウルに小麦粉100gとだしの粉小さじ1を入れてください。 カイ：だしの粉…ってなんですか。 友樹：魚や昆布からとったスープをだしと言います。スープを粉にして、使いやすくしたのがだしの粉ですよ。料理にうま味が出ます。 カイ：なるほど。あ、これですね。だしの粉を小さじ1…、はい、入れました。 友樹：じゃあ、そこに水80mlと卵2個も入れてください。 カイ：全部混ぜるんですか。 友樹：そうです。泡だて器でよく混ぜて、生地が滑らかになったら大丈夫です。 カイ：へえ、本当に簡単ですね。 友樹：次は具材です。まず、キャベツを5～6枚細く切りましょう。日本では普通キャベツを使いますが、白菜やレタスでも美味しくできますよ。 カイ：私の国では日本のようなキャベツはあまり買えませんが、白菜やレタスでもいいんですね！ 友樹：次は、ネギを輪切りにしましょう。100g位あればいいと思います。 カイ：輪切り…？輪はリングですよね。あ、リングになるように切ればいいんですね！ 友樹：その通りです。じゃあ、切った野菜もボウルに入れたら、そこにピザ用チーズも大さじ5加えましょう。 カイ：あ、すみません。チーズが苦手なんですが…。 友樹：そうですか。それなら、チーズがなくても美味しくできますよ。 カイ：よかった。野菜をしっかり混ぜて、これで生地は完成ですね！ 友樹：はい。じゃあ、フライパンで焼いていきましょう！まず、フライパンに油を大さじ1入れて、温めます。そこに、生地を半分入れて、丸い形にしてください。 カイ：中火でいいですか。 友樹：そうですね。中火で片面を3分ぐらい焼いて、全体が固まったら、ひっくり返して、蓋をして、火を少し弱くして、5分ぐらい蒸し焼きにしましょう。 カイ：両面がきれいなきつね色になりました！じゃあ、もう一枚も焼きますね。 友樹：綺麗に焼けましたね。仕上げに、お好み焼きソースとマヨネーズをかけて、完成です。 カイ：2枚目の方が綺麗に焼けましたから、友樹さんはこっちをどうぞ。 友樹：ありがとうございます。でも、味は同じですよ。 カイ：そうですね。いただきます！ああ、美味しい！ 友樹：本当に美味しくできましたね。今日はシンプルなお好み焼きにしましたが、他にも、豚肉、お餅、こんにゃく、とうもろこし、キムチ、シーフードなんかも入れられますよ。 カイ：へえ、いろいろな種類のお好み焼きがあるんですね！ 友樹：カイさんの国の食材を入れてみても面白いかもしれませんね。 カイ：そうですね。何が合うか、ちょっと考えてみます。
