Keeps me grounded
I love the perspectives Gargi and Ryan bring to the struggles we all face in life. They discuss their own struggles and the tools that help them. I love Gargi’s meditation at the end of each podcast. It gives me that much needed down time to reset and refuel. This podcast is worth your time.
Genuine & inspiring.
This is a marvelous ramble through the good stuff. Great insights from varied perspectives. Love it!
Conversational style with relevant topics!
I love listening to Gargi and Rev. Ryan! They are both honest and vulnerable and you feel like you are sitting in the room with them. The topics are relevant and really spark my thinking. These podcasts are also the perfect length, about 20 minutes including a guided meditation at the end.
