In this episode, Kristy explores the second part of a 6-step process, introduced in Episode 3, for navigating Points of Expansion in one's career. This process will help you break through the inevitable wall of frustration we all hit when it’s time to UPLEVEL in our work.

In the first part of the process, we helped our muse get clear on why she was experiencing frustration in her work and what innate parts within her were being repressed rather than expressed through her work. In Part Two of the process we will help her learn how to expand in a way that allows those parts within her to be be expressed by embodying her Expanded Self.
