Great Podcast for Anyone Looking to Get Into Shape

This weekly podcast is one that I look forward to every week! Allan’s information is top notch. His interview style is open and informative. I have learned a lot over the years and spent a lot of money on the books that he has recommended. Not only have I listened to this podcast, I have read Allen‘s book and was a client of his and saw great results. Do yourself a favor and listen to this podcast. It will help you on your fitness journey.
