    Recently I noticed a lot of people in my friend list turning 30. That triggered me to make an episode on the bitter sweet 30s. I am well into this decade, and am currently going through all the ups and downs of it. I realized that having inhibitions about everything is the most common feeling one gets in their 30s. Especially for the millennials who are entering this decade after having a not so exciting late 20s because of the pandemic, I feel this transition in age can hit harder than we imagined.
