Here’s a step-by-step practical approach to creating those boundaries and improving your well-being.   Use the C.L.E.A.R. Boundary Planning Method! This is a 5-step framework designed to help you set and sustain boundaries that protect your time, energy, and peace of mind — at work, at home, and in relationships. This strategy is perfect for working artists and self-employed creatives!   C – Clarify the Struggle What’s the current situation causing stress, resentment, or anxiety? Describe what’s not working or what feels off.  My struggle is: My struggle is: ____________.   L – Locate the Leak Where is your energy, time, or emotional well-being being drained? Identify the type of boundary you need: Time Communication Emotional energy Physical space Task/workload Other: _______________________   E – Establish the Boundary What clear, kind, actionable limit do you want to set?
