A fly guy is a dude that looks fly, but also takes care of his responsibilities both internally and externally. Some people can dress fly, but have no internal connection. A lot of people can dress a certain way and buy materialistic things, and still lack value. Having a good spirit can also be a fly guy. You have to be confident mentally to be fly. How you put yourself together and walk into a building represents who you are. Your first impression is important because people are going to judge you by how you carry yourself. You have to care about yourself in order to be fly.

Can men and women be strictly friends? Yes, it is possible for men and women to have a friendship, but it depends on who the individuals involved are. There are certain conversations that may be uncomfortable within these relationships. Trust is very important in this case when you are in an intimate relationship because you or your partner may not fully understand the platonic relationship being had with that person. 
 
Maturity and respect are absolutely necessary to create and maintain a friendship with the opposite gender. These relationships can become a challenge and even a violation if/when the platonic friend is able to offer support in areas your intimate partner is lacking, so boundaries are needed to make sure lines of communication are clear on all sides.

Figure out your code and carry yourself with positivity, representing yourself in the highest form possible wherever you go. Learn to be vulnerable with your journey and work on those habits that hinder you from elevation.
