Broadening the Narrative

56. Walking Away from Toxic Religion with Andrew Pledger (S4 E7)

In this episode, I talked with Andrew Pledger about walking away from toxic religion. Andrew is a religious trauma survivor who brings awareness to spiritual and religious abuse. His experiences have inspired him to pursue psychology to help survivors. He is now an influencer using social media to share his story and inspire others.

The music for this episode was created by my oldest child. We worked together using the Chrome Music Lab: Song Maker and had so much fun. I want to thank Danielle Bolin for creating the episode graphic. If you like what you heard in this episode, share it with a friend and on social media. I really think that little by little, person by person, we can broaden the narrative. In addition, make sure to subscribe so you don't miss an episode.
