    Death & a Wedding

    First and for most Rest in Peace and a moment of silence for our brother and OG Sean Brown.... The fellas are back from some much needed mental rejuvenation but the podding never stopped as they bring the pod on the road in PA. On this episode there was a death and wedding. The fellas discuss their raw emotions after the passing of a family member and reflect on the wedding. Things get deep as they discuss being coach able, knowing the basics before you becoming a master, putting yourself to the side and become a sponge, and the value of great people in your life. Questions to ask ourselves- Who taught me to be in a relationship? What's their character? Why hate just get better?   This episode is dedicated to Sean Brown, gone home but never forgotten....

    This week the fellas finally get blessed with their first female guest on the pod and it couldn't have come on a better episode because today is the Malcolm & Marie deep dive! The trio give a deep review and breakdown of the Netflix movie Malcolm & Marie(SPOILER ALERT). This is a MUST listen, but some of the lessons taken away from the movie are protect your piece, love makes us vulnerable, and some people are in love with the former version of their partner. Some questioned that where asked and answered where how can I be with you if I don't trust you, just because you love me doesn't mean you won't do me dirty? This a deep episode but they're lots of laughs too so take the deep dive with us once again.

This week the gems and reflections are non stop as they talk about their journey of growth and the hurdles and challenges they've experienced along the way.     Control What You Can Control

    Following the momentum from last episode the fellas are back for a short but heavily gem backed conversation.  The conversation starts light with their week in review and  talk about their thoughts on when a woman takes the lead and goes after the man first. After that the gloves are off as they discuss the value of controlling and focusing on the things that are actually in your control, focusing on the good in bad situations, and turn disadvantages into advantages.  They also discuss the value of work on self, asking yourself the tough questions like why am I here and what is truly driving my relationships. Finally they  touch on the facts  that everything isn't worth your energy and it is easy to love others the real hard part is loving yourself.
