Let’s call it, a great podcast
Episode one has been fantastic and laid a great foundation for future episodes. Kara and Les are incredibly insightful and help bring the 10,000 foot view GMs and leaders of organizations have to take to ensure success not only in the present but in the future as well.
You also get all of your favorite Les Sneadisms ranging from “Let’s call it” to “Telescopic and microscopic.”

I love the husband - wife duo of knowledgable, informative and passionate football enthusiasts Kara and Les Sneed. I’ve always wanted to better understand football and the management of a team. This highly educated and experienced couple with diverse football backgrounds, are perfect teachers.
