Hiking risk assessment-who knee??

Great dialogue about outdoor sports risk assessment. I have been hiking more in the white mountains and enjoyed the knowledge and questions asked. It helps to hear people being honest about some times we over estimate what our bodies are capable of. Thanks for the great thoughts!
