I've decided to focus a little bit more on lifestyle and wellness for the podcast and open up the platform to everyone - regardless of where you're from, you're age or any of those factors. We're all going through life for the first time and let's talk about it! Today's topic was highly requested after I wrote a story for work about stress and cortisol levels. After going through a period of my life last year of living in a state of constant stress and fight or flight - I had to make lifestyle changes as I was at literal breaking point. Through this episode I talk about that time of my life and in comparison to how I am now - still busy, still have a lot going on in life but able to manage my stress completely.
