Recently, I went through a time where I was stuck in a place of constant worry and dread and, in today's episode, I want to share with you how I realized that it was my divided loyalty that was keeping me from experiencing true peace and rest. It took a massive recalibration for me to understand where my focus needed to be in order to find the calm and clarity I was searching for.
