I once heard a quote that said "One of the biggest mistakes leaders make is to presume that their way of seeing the world is normal." Managing and motivating a team of people is hard, because we are all so vastly different! ... and we have learned this the hard way!!

Before starting a PT practice we really weren't thinking about how to build/manage a team and when we began hiring we neglected how important this really is! We are here to give you guys some tips on how to lead a team and how to provide useful feedback for different types of people.
