I ask you to consider these 3 questions (and go into mega detail about how to answer them!):
- Are you clear on what your hours are for (aka "have you defined "enough")?
- Are you setting kind and honest self-expectations? (note: there's a reason I didn't say "realistic")
- Who else is in your head (and trickling into those expectations we mentioned)
