In this episode, we sit and chat with Yanti, one of our listeners! She reached out to us through Instagram (which you can find us on @92meu) and gave great encouragement to us while sharing a bit of herself. It led to us inviting her on to our show, and we got to meet her and know her more. Her story differs a bit from our previous guests as she grew up a diplomat's kid, meaning she generally lived in more places for shorter times. Join us as we find out more! It's nice to meet you.

Episode 6 - Jeremiah

Our youngest guest yet, Jeremiah is currently going through college. Except everything is on pause for a bit due to what's happening around the world, so he is currently back in Asia with his family. We got the chance to chat with him and find out a little about how he was adjusting to life in the States, talking about the differences from living in Asia, and had an interesting discussion about being ethnically white but feeling Asian. Episode 5 - Nicole

Today, we'll be talking to Nicole! Calling in from Indonesia + half-Indonesian, half-American Nicole never dreamt of returning to the country she grew up in, especially after spending much of her formative years feeling like an outsider. Listen in to what caused a shift in her perspective, and all the great nuggets of wisdom that she has to share, especially about keeping in touch with childhood friends as we become adults. Join us as we explore through our conversation with this TCK about how he navigates through his ethnicity and parent's culture while growing up in a totally different one.

Episode 3 - Johan

Today as we interview Johan from India, we are introduced to a slightly different type of TCK. Regional TCKs are TCKs who, though might not have even traveled outside of the country, grew up in an environment very different from their own culture just due to the sheer size of the country. It was a very fun, laugh-filled, sit-down with Johan as we interviewed about his past, present, and talked a little about the future of other TCKs. So fun that we lost track of time, and went way overboard. While some parts of his story are cut out, we will be releasing a bonus episode with this one so be sure to look out for it!
