I have a plethora of work-life experiences to share with you covering my 25 years with the civil services and then 15 years in the corporate-experiences of working in the regulatory sector and the developement sector-work-life in metros like Delhi/Kolkata and in the remotest of places like andamans and interiors of Cambodia.     Work-life is one of the most important parts of our lives. While all of us wish to do it well and feel good about it, the fact is that it often becomes one of the major reasons for a disconnect in our lives. There are so many issues around it which need resolution. My WLC concept re-works this to our advantage. It is about using our jobs as a tool to connect with our inner spirituality and then coming back into the external.
