This is great

I love this podcast. It is very informative and a scientifically based podcast about all the things that affect your sleep. I’ve totally enjoyed every episode and can relate in one aspect or another to each episode.
Sleep is important and anyone can learn something from this podcast. Trust me, even if you don’t think you have a sleep problem, you may and just not know. Or, someone you know might and you can help them. Listen and learn, you won’t be disappointed.

Enjoy podcast

This is a great little podcast. Maybe it will become longer. Not sure how to leave questions so I will leave one here. Does melatonin levels decrease with age and if you take melatonin does it suppress the production of your own melatonin. I am 71. Thanks JC
