Hi, I’m Shannon Marqueta, and no one really ever taught me how to eat healthy or manage my time.

I didn’t know anything about nutrition, so I found myself eating whatever was easy, which definitely impacted my energy, weight, and focus.

    Grief is very real. Although we may not always want to feel the feelings and process our emotions, it is important.
    There are healthy ways to process, and each person processes at different speeds. There is no timeline, but it is important to not let ourselves stay "stuck" in a state of sadness.
    Grief is an outpouring of love because on this side of Heaven we have experiences loss. Healing and living the life we have to its fullest is a way of honoring their legacy. You are part of their legacy.
