Christina chats with her sister Lauren about the struggles women (and people with uteruses) face when it comes to their periods, their personal experiences and how often they are dismissed when it comes to their period symptoms. They discuss ways employers can improve working environments for people suffering with period symptoms and how an adjustment to the law can make a huge difference.

They are inspiring women who advocate for choice and for women to live their lives as they choose whether that means becoming a mother, putting motherhood on hold or not becoming a mother at all! They discuss attitudes and stereotypes towards sportswomen and how we can disarm them from a young age. These women are extremely inspiring and show their desire to continue their sporting careers with positivity and hunger despite the obstacles that come their way! There is no doubt that these woman and so many other amazing Gibraltarian sportswomen are great role models for young girls in Gibraltar.
