    113. Parent Hack 1 - Firm Foundation Created by Affirmations

    When the idea came up to create a few episodes around "parenting advice", that little, not so quiet voice inside my head said "who do you think you are to give parenting advice?" But for reasons only God knows, I hit record and shared the first parent hack we've found to be the most instrumental in creating kids to carry themselves with confidence to tackle whatever may come in their day. Is it foolproof? No. Does it solve all parental problems? No. Does it make us the best parents in the world? Arguably, possible (jk!) But I do think this episode will help you find ways to implement something similar in your home, whether you have a preK kiddo or a high schooler.
