    A note to your Courageous Self

    A Note to Your 'Courageous Self' from My 'Courageous Self'  I don’t know about you but I’ve been getting called into COURAGE of late. People often comment on how confident I seem, and yes there’s truth in this, yet there’s also a fear of truly being seen. And the possible pain of rejection,  keeping me small and unexpressed in ways I was starting to resent. The gift of the crazy ‘out there’ has been that I’ve had more time to turn inwards and connect ‘in here’.  I’ve listened.  Listened to things that I’m more comfortable ignoring. Things that I’ve been smothering into silence for some time. Things that are calling to be seen and heard and fully expressed in this world.  It’s time.  And here I am.  Courageously unapologetic to be both heard and seen. This is the first of many.
