    OUR FIRST LIVE PODCAST!!!... Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9pm NZST is 'Live Night' over on the HHT Tik Tok page... Last Thursday carried an undescriable energy, open chats, advice, real, vunerable questions... There was a huge family feel too it... My mind got thinking, why don't we carry this vibe into a real podcast - And with the approval of the HHT family, we did it! - So this podcast is a bit different but it's still/even more of Real People, Their Stories (and questions), Raw and Uncut...     Over the last 5 years I have done 2 separate 24hr Walks for 2 seprate fundraisers, but they have both aligned to one thing - Mental Health. Earlier this year I made a promise that I would do 2 monthly podcasts and a 24hr for charities of my choice before January 2026, if a target was met - That target was met within 30 minutes...
