    Michele Zandman

I met Michele at "The Kingdom" gym a few weeks back and she told me very briefly that she was an entrepreneur with her own company within the fitness/health industry and I just had to know more. Michele talks about her rise with being judged as a kid for being more muscular than some of the guys, she talks about mental health and how it can affect you and everyone in your circle.
