    In this episode we talk about vaccines. We discuss topic ranging from the minimum requirement to develop a vaccine, how safety and efficacy data are generated, scientific literacy, and provide context to the discussion around the COVID-19 vaccines.

    Women in the Workplace: A dismissal of our social responsibility or an acceptance of established norms?

    In this episode we discuss issues surrounding women in the workplace. This episode features three outstanding and successful women who share their experiences, their perspectives and their ongoing battle to overcome daily challenges in their professional lives. One of my guest shares her perspective on the way new tech companies have dealt with these issues, whereas my second guest highlights the structural red tapes that exist currently in most corporate environment and older companies, that make this battle even more difficult to win. My last guest describes her personal journey evolving in a sexist environment working as a professor.

    In this episode, especially with my time in the United States coming down to an end, I reflect upon my time here, what it means to be an immigrant  and my perspectives on the sudden vilification and politicization of immigrants. We touch on the impact of the next supreme court nominee on immigration, the tough choices some family face when they decide to embark on a journey in the U.S, the ongoing struggle for many to create a home where many call the land of the free, and many more.

    Homosexuality: A Tale of Two Realities

    In this episode, we discuss HOMOSEXUALITY. I had the honor of having 2 guests: Cody, who shares his views and perspectives from someone born and raised in the U.S, where significant progress has been made dealing with what was once and still is to a certain extent, a complicated social issue. On the other hand, Steven offers his take on the issue but from a third world window, having been born and raised in Haiti, where inclusion of the LGBTQ community is probably decades away.
