A Total Fit Show

Mike Williams

Hosted by Mike Williams, owner of No Limits Fitness in Melbourne, FL, this show cuts through the noise on strength training, conditioning, nutrition, recovery, and mindset — for busy executives, engineers, and entrepreneurs who don't have time to sort fact from social media fiction. Some weeks it's Mike breaking down exactly what's working with his own clients. Other weeks he's bringing in local health and wellness experts to share their perspective and experience. And sometimes it's a conversation with an active client to share their struggles and what helped them overcome their obstacles. There isn't a one-size-fits-all solution that works for everyone and hopefully this show helps you find the approach that works best for you as an individual. The fitness and nutrition conversation is noisy and the only barriers to entry are having a smart phone and a social media account. This show was created to help you separate fact from fiction so you can improve your health and fitness. Welcome to A Total Fit Show.

Betsy - The Anti Diet Nutritionist

Betsy Markle is a holistic nutritionist, and she's here to cut through the noise. We get into why nutrition advice has gotten so overwhelming that people just freeze — everyone's got an opinion, half of them contradict each other, and somehow we're all still confused about whether eggs are the enemy this week. Betsy breaks down why quick fixes and extreme diets set people up to fail, and makes the case for something less flashy but way more effective: personalized, balanced nutrition that actually fits your life. We also get into how blood work and food sensitivity testing can tell you what your body actually needs instead of guessing based on whatever's trending, how the right mentors shaped her holistic approach, and why she thinks having fun and enjoying your life is part of the plan — not a reward you unlock after hitting a number on the scale. Becoming A Total Fit Show

I used to think "eating healthy" was something other people figured out. I lied about my weight on my company's annual health survey — twice, same lie, two years running — and burned a stack of Insanity DVDs I never played once. That's the resume I'm bringing you. In this first episode of A Total Fit Show, I'm not selling you a tidy transformation story. I'm telling you the real one: four sports in high school, a decade of doing absolutely nothing about my health, multiple failed attempts at P90X, and a gut that made tying my shoes physically uncomfortable by 40. I made every mistake in the book — most of them more than once, just to confirm the data. Then I hired a coach, and everything changed. Not because the workouts were magic, but because I finally had someone in my corner I refused to quit in front of. That one decision turned my health around, and it eventually saved the gym I'd already talked myself into opening — the one that, for its first year, was less "No Limits Fitness" and more "A Total Shit Show." Twelve-plus years and two locations later, this podcast is where I hand you what I learned the hard way — strength training, conditioning, nutrition, recovery, and mindset — without the scars I collected getting there. Some weeks it's just me breaking down what actually moves the needle versus what's noise. Some weeks I bring in the wellness professionals I trust for the stuff outside my lane. And some weeks you'll hear directly from clients in our own community about what actually made the difference for them. No commercials, no sales pitches, and no made-up answers. Welcome to A Total Fit Show.
