Episode 24: One Year Reflection - Our thoughts on starting a podcast

Around this time, last year, we began our podcasting journey! Since launching our podcast, we have recorded over 25 episodes, released 4 seasons, collaborated with other content creators, and more. We've grown quite a bit as people and as friends. Since Rachelle was back in SoCal for the week, we wanted to sit down and reflect on our experience so far. In this episode, we're going to talk about the things we wished we knew, our proudest moments, what we enjoy the most about podcasting and our hopes for the following year.

Great Asian representation!

I loved listening to episodes from AAPI Narrative. They have very relatable conversations and it’s so great to see some more Asian representation while amplifying our experiences and humanizing them. Give them a listen!

Best place to learn & sympathize as a AAPI

This podcast is great! I don't listen to a lot of podcasts because their topics or way of conversation don't really appeal to me, but I have been consistent with listening to AAPI Narrative. As a Filipino-American, it's encouraging to hear other Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders experiences and views on many different things in life. It's nice to relate to what they're saying, and on the things that I don't relate to it's nice to learn about ones' perspective.
I recommend everyone of any and all ethnicity/culture to listen to this podcast! Every episode is so different. You'll be able to learn, feel motivated and inspired, and want to reflect on your own life and experiences. It's great!
