Simple and focused on Jesus and just the right length. I use this on a regular basis as the introduction into the quiet part of my quiet time.

I’ve been listening and abiding at the feet of Jesus for about 3 months now. It has made me more focused on the important things in life, it’s helped my anxiety go down, it has helped me to build stronger relationships, and to seek God more in all I do. I know that sounds scripted but it’s not. I was overwhelmed, hurried, and constantly worried or stressed about my life before starting these podcasts. My best friend sent it to me. She is also abiding as she goes through breast cancer and reconstructive surgery. Thank you so much!

This podcast has been such a blessing to me! I’ve listened to it at all times of the day (to start my day, on my late-morning drive to the office, before I go to sleep) and it’s the perfect way to center my whole self — body, mind, and soul — on living at the feet of Jesus. The background music is relaxing and unobtrusive, and each episode starts with breathing exercises and focusing on relaxing the body and being present in the moment. I highly recommend this podcast to everyone, but especially those who want/need just a quick 10 minutes to relax and refocus.

If you are like me, a person who doesn’t really know how to slow down and be at rest, you need this podcast! The daily reminder to rest at the feet of Jesus in an unhurried way is refreshing and revitalizing.
