Episode 3: Run Your Own Face | Moderation and Relativity | Weekly Goals
Brett and Chandler reflect on episode 2 after they check in on their goals from the prior week, and discuss what they did for exercise this week. Episode 2: Purposeful Silence | Blame vs. Responsibility | Weekly Goals
Brett and Chandler reflect on episode 1 after they check in on their goals from the prior week, and get real about not completely living up to those previous expectations. The major talking points of the episode are the difference between blame and responsibility, how to remove the bad habit of placing blame elsewhere, and how to get comfortable existing in a purposeful silence. The boys wrap up with some more weekly goals, and give some personal stories about times where they were putting blame in the wrong place, and had to take responsibility and look inward to move forward.

Chandler and Brett start episode 1 of Accountability Connection, a raw and open form of accountability through podcasting. Weekly episodes will include an overarching theme, weekly goals, and reflections on our own journeys within the realms of fitness, discipline, and accountability. Episode 1 includes an intro to what the show is going to be about, and why this podcast happened in the first place. Chandler and Brett reflect on their first triathlon, how they were in over their heads, and how they would prepare differently looking back. The boys then dive into the idea of self-belief, and why it is so important. They round out the show by setting some short term goals for the week.
