Resonates with me in every word

I just started this podcast out of curiosity and it’s already helping me shape the way I think about myself and my running. I’ve run numerous 5ks, 10ks, and even a half marathon and yet I always found myself saying ‘I’m not a real runner.’ But JACLYN IS SO RIGHT. I actually am a runner. THANK YOU for helping me refocus. I’m starting a half marathon training plan next week... and for the first time I’m running as a REAL runner.
