Key Principle: Continue to take personal inventory, and when you are wrong, promptly admit it.
Members in recovery discuss how they prayerfully balance and evaluate each day. Step 10 is a commitment to take responsibility for daily mistakes
Step 9: Restitution and Reconciliation
Key Principle: Wherever possible, make a direct restitution to all persons you have harmed.
Making amends takes time and patience. Listen to members relate true experiences as they strive to make restitution and live in harmony with the commandments
Step 8: Seeking Forgiveness
Key Principle: Make a written list of all persons you have harmed and become willing to make restitution to them.

Step 7: Humility
Key Principle: Humbly ask Heavenly Father to remove your shortcomings.
