    Episode 13: ADHD & People Pleasing

    Megan and Ashley are finally back, after a break. This episode sees us discuss People Pleasing, a common ADHD trait where we have a tendency to say "yes" to the requests of others, even if it means more difficulty and stress for us. We may even say yes to things we have no interest in doing. We discuss the reasons for this, as well as some useful ways to avoid automatic People Pleasing. Enjoy!
