Jean-Paul Mark Shlom (JP) is a Venezuelan artist who has undiagnosed ADHD and a passion for film and art. Alexandra Perry (Andi) is a Queer non-binary artist who has diagnosed ADHD and a love for cinema and filmmaking.

Andi explains their experience of discovering they had ADHD, and what the diagnosis process was like. JP, who is still in the process of understanding their ADHD, explores what it is like not to have a diagnosis.  They discuss difficulties with mental health, and how film became a way to express themselves and understand who they were.
