Customer Reviews
Relatable, Vulnerable, & Helpful
I just got diagnosed with ADHD and have been searching for a podcast that I relate to. The podcasts I started listening to before this made me feel so far behind, overwhelmed, and out of control. This podcast has made me feel normal and validated. I love how Katie is so authentically herself. I find this podcast funny, vulnerable, informative, & helpful! I love listening to the episodes as I go through the same stages of being diagnosed and medicated.
Shout out to Katie for following her idea/passion to make this podcast and putting it into action. I didn’t know how much I needed this!
Helpful and Fun
I am evaluating whether I may have adult ADHD and found this podcast. It is funny and she is very transparent. A great way to learn without it being like “research”.
Wow…
Just finished your most recent podcast wow I can relate to each of your stories and feelings you described having been diagnosed with ADHD 6 years ago I’ve dealt with these traits/problems effectively. Talk to your prescriber about “Guanfacine” it was and still is a life changing event. Good luck and you have a regular listener to your podcast… folks in Boston, Ma have the best accent!
