    Simon Willis originally hails from the UK but has been living in Medellin, Colombia for years.  Simon found a way to merge his knowledge of travel with his extensive experience in international education to form Kagumu Adventures. As a qualified journalist, teacher, and ski instructor, he travelled through five continents, writing, teaching, skiing and developing new ideas to impact tourism in a positive way. This is a new format we are trying out during the COVID19 Quarantine shutdowns around the world. In light of these restrictions we are being a bit creative rather then putting everything on hold.     Stefan Dapper is the CEO of Expertia Travel in Lima, Peru.  Stefan comes from years in the travel industry working in a slew of different roles, from guide, to trainee, contracting coordinator to eventually leading Tui Spain as Managing Director and now most recently he has spent the last couple years leading Perus Largest inbound travel operator and DMC, Condor Travel, and largest outbound provider, Nuevo Mundo Viajes.  I had the pleasure of working with Stefan over the last couple years and getting to know him, I got to know even more by having this chat and hope you enjoy listening.
