    The Long Road to Feeling Good Enough

    Coming off the Pisces Lunar Eclipse Full Moon this past week, I'm sharing my reflections from the storm. The emotions were diverse - from rage to loneliness, hopelessness to peace.  Through all of that, two core themes emerged: life has been pushing me into my fullness (and I've risen to the occasion), and have I ever actually felt enough? Like good enough, as a human, to just be and exist? Why do we struggle with this? Why does it rarely ever sink in when someone outside of us tells us that we are... and how do we get ourselves to finally believe it when it comes from us?     Self-Forgiveness and Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse

    My Mystical Experience with God, ACIM, and Living on Purpose

    It's storytime with a vulnerable share about the mystical experience I had with God during Vipassana meditation, calming my OCPD/OCD, gaining weight and the healing revelations that have come from that, reading A Course in Miracles, along with embracing the shameless expression of my truth, purpose, and passions.  I've had a long, winding relationship with Christianity, and this is just capturing a moment in time... where I find myself today. I'm speaking openly, from the heart, with more questions than answers. But I hope something I share offers you a bit of comfort, inspiration, or warmth.     Starting Again

    Since we can fall and get back up again as many times as needed in this life, I'm happy to be starting again. I want this space to feel intimate, raw, fun, and inspiring - for myself and anyone tuning in.
