Advice From An Average Jo

Great advice for day to day life! 5 stars!!

I liked the “what’s your opinion of yourself “ episode for the concept. I really think it’s so useful and I will try to catch when I’m saying harsh things to myself and rephrase the messages I give myself. If you are looking for constructive feedback something I thought would be in future episodes to have examples of how this approach could be beneficial and not just talking about it in theory.

I’ve been following Jo’s social content for awhile now and I can’t say enough good things about the thoughtful and inspiring content she puts out. I’m really looking forward to consuming this same great content in an all new format! Eagerly awaiting Ep 1!

Jo is full of wisdom, for those like me that have a hard time reading self help/development books she is a wealth of knowledge. She calls the advice “unsolicited” but I’m soliciting, much needed!
