Our words (often coupled with our imagination) is the most powerful energy force freely available to mankind! It is energy and it is power; a tool used to set in motion the things we see or are experiencing at this very moment. Affirming or declaring positive words over ourselves asserts into alignment, every form of life what we are declaring about our life or situation- even when we are at our lowest points in life! So let’s speak words of life and healing over ourselves and others while on our healing journey and eventually, the healing that we speak will be our reality!

    I Am Rising Up And Out: I Am Walking Into

    When we affirm that we are rising up and out, not only are we preparing our minds to command our body to take action, but we are taking a posture that leads to ending or exiting out of a cycle or pattern that may no longer serve or aim towards a healthier version of self, in hopes to enter into something better! So let’s close our eyes and begin to see, what bad habits, cycles, or patterns we need to break free and rise out of so we can become the person we need. Then let’s begin to speak words of life and healing over ourselves and others while on our healing journey and eventually, the healing that we affirm will be our reality!     I Am Affirmations

    I AM declarations affirm to self and the world around us, how we “be”- meaning, how we show up in this world. Because words are powerful, it’s important to start paying more attention to what we say-especially on our journey towards healing because the moment we say “I am” we’re asserting on ourselves and all of creation, who we are along with our intentions. So let’s close our eyes and let’s see ourselves as the person we are hoping to be.  Then let’s begin to speak words of life and healing over ourselves and others while on our healing journey and eventually, the healing that we affirm will be our reality!
