fall is coming up and everyone deals with seasonal depression, in this episode I give some tips on selfcare and focusing on yourself. talking about experiences I've had in the past two weeks with my emotions and how I handle those, letting go of summer and finding new friends and going back into the school environment but still balancing time for myself.
