It is not your job to be digestible, it's your job to have joy and life experiences that help you to grow and find your own happiness.

We're going back through my own experiences, talking about womb health (shout out Wildrose apothecary), and the importance of destimatizing periods, sex, and sex related illness.

    When we're kids, we often hear to think about the future. But often I find that the parts of the future we need to think about broad sides us like a 2/4 on a Tuesday. It can be incredibly uncomfortable to talk about planning for the death of someone you love, or planning for illness or potential illness. So why wait until it happens. Have the convos when life is quiet, so when you're hit by that reality you at least have an outline to follow.
