    When Covid shut down the world’s commerce, Coach Dave was prepared to pivot his business plan. Launching an aggressive multi-media marketing campaign for a newly branded product called “Coffee with Coach.” Within a few months. Impact Sales Coach reached a new world-wide market and revenue growth was through the roof. The new virtual content focused on helping business owners set up successful strategies to make it rain in the new environment, create win-win exit strategies for their retirement and working with young leaders to establish & achieve their goals to take over the reins.

    On January 31, 2023, Coach Dave retired, that is, all but one day per week. On Thursdays he works with a handful of clients to help them continue their journey into an exit strategy or young executives to build their dreams of growing extraordinary businesses.

    The rest of retirement time is spent between spending time with his 1 st granddaughter Dahlia, golfing, umpiring senior softball, traveling in his RV to National and American League Parks, playing his drums, and reading biographies of great people.
